Henderson initially claimed she was the victim of sexual assault while delivering food, but her story was challenged by footage from a Ring camera that showed the customer had not invited her inside his home.
Henderson was arrested for two class E felonies: unlawful surveillance in the second degree and dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree.
Police believe Henderson illegally entered the man’s home and recorded him while he was in a vulnerable state, leading to her arrest.
DoorDash deactivated Henderson’s account for breaking safety protocols, and the customer was banned, but police stated he will not be charged.
