Sean Combs is seeking release on a $50 million bond ahead of his sentencing after being acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges.

Combs’ attorneys argue that he was unfairly prosecuted for his “swingers” lifestyle and highlight the unfit conditions at the Metropolitan Detention Center.

Despite being found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution, Combs was acquitted of more serious charges and is facing a minimum sentence of 21 to 27 months.

Combs’ legal team is offering a $50 million bond secured by his Miami mansion for his release and is willing to abide by any conditions set by the court to ensure he is not violent.

Combs plans to appeal his conviction on the prostitution charges and is determined to be released from jail.
