Lizzo’s attorneys Marty Singer and Melissa Y. Glass pointed to sworn statements from 18 witnesses who refuted the fat-shaming claims.
The more serious sexual harassment allegations, including claims of interactions with nude performers and eating fruit from performers’ genitals, are still being contested.
