Corey Walker pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and two counts of home-invasion robbery in connection with the fatal shooting of rapper Pop Smoke.

Walker, who initially faced murder charges, now faces up to 29 years in state prison.

The group invaded Pop Smoke’s Airbnb rental to steal his diamond-studded Rolex watch and Cuban link chain, ultimately reselling the watch for $2,000.

Two teenagers involved in the killing have admitted their roles, with one sentenced to a juvenile facility until 25 and the other receiving four years and two months in a juvenile facility.

Pop Smoke’s death led to tributes from the hip-hop community, and two posthumous albums featuring various artists were released.
