Denzel Washington Says He Will Retire After He Finishes His Upcoming Movies

Denzel Washington announces his plans to retire from acting after completing a few upcoming projects, including Ridley Scott’s “Gladiator II” and a remake of Akira Kurosawa’s “High and Low” with Spike Lee.

The actor will also take on iconic Shakespearean roles and work with directors Steve McQueen and Ryan Coogler, who will feature him in “Black Panther 3.”

In a recent interview with Today, Washington confirmed his retirement plans, expressing his intention to step away from acting after his next few films.
