We all know McDonald’s is not exactly the healthiest food option out there, but some items are definitely worse than others.

The folks at Eat This, Not That! surveyed dieticians to find some of the unhealthiest items on the Mickey D’s menu:

Big Mac – It includes 34 grams of fat, 30% of which come from saturated fat.

Big Breakfast with Hotcakes – This breakfast meal clocks in at over 1,300 calories, a full day’s worth for some people.

Caramel Frappé – This sugary coffee drink includes nearly 500 calories and a whopping 62 grams of sugar.

So, what *can* you order at McDonald’s?

Dieticians say you can cut down on the calories by ordering single items instead of combos, avoiding sugary drinks and skipping the empty-calorie sauces.
