Meek Mill celebrating 10th anniversary of debut album with Philly homecoming concert

Meek Mill has a Thanksgiving weekend treat for fans in his native Philadelphia.

The “All Eyes On Me” rapper will perform a special homecoming concert on Saturday, November 26, in the City of Brotherly Love to celebrate dropping his debut solo album, Dreams and Nightmares, 10 years ago. Sunday, October 30, marked the 10th anniversary of its release.

Meek posted the announcement of the concert at the Wells Fargo Center on Instagram with the comment, “Light the whole city upppp!”

The RIAA-certified Gold album included the singles “Amen” featuring Drake, “Burn” featuring Big Sean, “Young & Gettin’ It” featuring Kirko Bangz and “Believe It” featuring Rick Ross. Nas, Wale, Trey Songz, John Legend and Mary J. Blige also appeared on the project, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

Tickets for the Meek Mill and Friends 10 Year Anniversary Homecoming Concert go on sale Wednesday, November 2, at 10 a.m. ET on the Wells Fargo Center website.
